Jane Lucks is a British photographer who splits her time between Santa Cruz de Tenerife and the United Kingdom.

Jane’s photographic work revolves around capturing and recording fleeting moments, otherwise lost.

Jane is a visual storyteller with a particular interest in the role of the window as a way of both framing and seeing the everyday.  Her work is in part a reaction to the digital society, saturated with staged, sanitised and manipulated images.

Jane Lucks es una fotógrafa británica que divide su tiempo entre Santa Cruz de Tenerife y el Reino Unido.

Su trabajo fotográfico gira en torno a la captura y grabación de momentos fugaces, que de lo contrario se perderían.

Jane es una narradora visual con un interés particular en el papel de la ventana como una forma de enmarcar y ver lo cotidiano.  Su trabajo es en parte una reacción a la sociedad digital, saturada de imágenes escenificadas, expurgadas y manipuladas.
